6. Too Few Fruits and Vegetables
You do not need to be a vegetarian and eat only veggies and fruit. Eat all sorts of foods, but let vegetables and fruits be in your daily menu. Fresh fruits and vegetables will make your saliva glands work more intensively. The extra saliva will eliminate the unpleasant odor. It will keep your mouth clean of bad bacteria.
